DataLyzer Spectrum is a state-of-the-art, real-time, software package
automating the data collection, charting and analytical functions of
Statistical Process Control. Reports and screens are clear like the example
below.

The unique structure of this system produces sophisticated analysis without lengthy computer/user interaction. Most facilities require only three steps.
DataLyzer Spectrum's open architecture allows data entry in various ways including keyboard, bar code and direct connection to gage interfaces.
Real-time control chart display are clear and concise, supplying the user with all necessary information in an easy-to-understand format.
Visual aids during data entry include: a scroll bar to view previously entered points; mouse controlled "cross-hairs" for point and shoot data editing; multiple screen buttons and color-coded subgroup flags for runs, trends, stratification and process notes.
A wide array of reports provide even the most demanding users with a complete set of informational tools for refining manufacturing processes.
DataLyzer Spectrum (Windows 95/98/NT/2000) is LAN upgradeable through the simple installation of HUB, Satellite and Executive Monitor software modules. DataLyzer Spectrum runs with an ACCESS, SQL Server, SQL Sybase or Oracle Database. Among many features you will find Email and pager support and HTML based reports.
DataLyzer Spectrum comes in 6 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Dutch). You can switch to other languages at any time.
There is also a version available running under DOS which is called DataLyzer 9000.
DataLyzer Spectrum represents the foundation of our three-dimensional approach to SPC implementation. This full-featured package was designed to be used by quality management for autonomous file creation, data entry and analysis.

The second phase involves shop floor integration. Using almost any local area network, Satellite and Hub modules can be added to DataLyzer Spectrum, allowing shop floor data input plus system-wide supervisory monitoring.
The third area of SPC implementation involves supplier integration using the inexpensive SPC Quickie 98 software.
When gearing up for data collection over a local area network, one package builds on another. The DataLyzer Spectrum stand-Alone software is used to create files and print reports for the larger network system.Hub and Satellite modules are added to allow system-wide monitoring and remote, real-time data collection.

The Hub module links directly to the DataLyzer Spectrum Stand-Alone package. It provides a central status screen containing color-coded blocks which correspond to control charts assigned to Satellite data collections stations. A hierarchy of colors maintains the statistical status of each process. Numerous pages of more than 1000 processes can be monitored by the Hub.
The Hub users can highlight any block on the status screen to instantly display the corresponding control chart being used on the shop floor or in a remote lab.
Multiple inexpensive satellite packages are used for remote, real-time data entry. Satellite input is accomplished using control charts like Average & R and P charts.

Histogram and tabular by-part formats are also supported. Satellites can be implemented wherever data will be entered. They provide a local status screen as an overview of the station and instant feedback to the operator for process problems.
A third type of DataLyzer Spectrum Network module is the read-only Executive Monitor package. It can be used by managers or production personnel who need system-wide status information without the responsibility of system setup and administration.
The DataLyzer Spectrum Network modules are compatible with all industry standard local area networks, both peer to peer and dedicated file server types. All DataLyzer Spectrum modules have user-defined support for most RS-232 gages and multiplexing gage interfaces. For training and analysis you can expand the system with SPC Wizard.
